He brings extensive experience in financial management, taxation, and corporate compliance, with specialized expertise in dealing with Federal Board of Revenue, Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Sindh Revenua Board, Intellectual Property Organization matters, and the Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO). He is committed to ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening financial performance, and driving sustainable business growth.

He holds certifications in IFMP (Commodity Brokers Certification), ACMA, and PIPFA, along with a Master’s degree in Economics (MA Economics) and holds diploma in Associate Engineering (Mechanical), reflecting his strong academic and professional foundation. He also possesses significant experience in the builders and developers sector and is a member of ABAD, demonstrating his strong industry engagement. A qualified FCMA and FPFA, and a member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association,He has extensive experience in both industry and academia, Served 11 Years in Nutripak Food Indutries Limited as Assistant Manager Finance, and also served in Kohinoor Tea (Private) Limited AND in Hyder Shamsi & Co. as Manager Finance and Audit, Tax and financial Consultant respectively, having served 9 Years in SECURITY PAPER LIMITED as Head of Internal Audit and Senior Manager Finance and as a Chief Financial Officer at A&A Metals Industry (Pvt) Limited. and a Deputy Manager Finance in Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (Pvt) Limited. He has also attended seminars as Head of Department.
